Fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace that allows people to bring their best and most authentic selves to work has been embedded in Xerox’s culture for decades. One tangible way we celebrate this commitment is through our employee resource groups (ERGs). Our newest ERG- Enable_All, sponsored by Executive Committee member Jacques Edouard Gueden, did their first session with their Members on 3rd May 2023. The session was led by the President of the ERG- Tony Fagelman.

We were amazed by the interest shown by all attending the session and by their enthusiastic response to what we are trying to achieve. Some even showed an interest in starting a new Chapter in their countries and the work on that started immediately after the session !

We will continue to do more sessions in the future for all members and non-members. Continue to watch this space for more details regarding future sessions !
