OUR MISSION
Work with our colleagues both inside and outside the organization to promote acceptance of visible or hidden disabilities. Encourage, empower, and lend dignity for those in the workplace and community by working with external charities that support Enable_All families.
OUR TEAM
Tony is a Programme Director in the UK, working on Global and Regional programmes across many of Xerox service lines. Additionally, Tony leads on the global training for TTMP and has trained Programme and Project Manager Managers in all areas of Xerox. He has an MSc in Sports Psychology and in his spare time is a high performance trampoline Coach and Head Coach of his local Trampoline Club. He is also a tutor and assessor for trampoline coaching in the UK and a qualified disability coach. Tony has been with Xerox since 2010 and is the current Global President of Enable_All. As a disabled person himself, Tony understands the complex needs and concerns of our community and through Enable_All is striving to improve service, support and technology for Xerox staff, customers and users.
Khushboo is currently the HRBP for GTM India, APAC countries, Israel and Nordics. She is an MBA in Finance and HR and has been a Human resource professional for more than 22 years. She has extensive work experience of HR and related functions, and her core strength is in areas of Talent management, Hiring, Organizational Design and Development, Employee engagement, ER and IR . She joined Xerox in 2021 and is the current Vice president of Enable_All ERG. She is passionate about making a positive change to individuals and community at large, and supporting the DEI agenda. She is also part of various ERG’s like The Women’s Alliance and Differently Abled Alliance in India.
François is a Senior Project Manager, he has worked for several IT Services companies and joined Xerox 18 years ago. He held positions in Delivery Operations Management, then Transition Management and now in Delivery Service Improvement for the France-Belux cluster. He is a member of the Enable_All ERG and of its local French chapter
Seshu Casukhela, PMO Leader at Xerox Global Shared Services responsible for Global Contracts Program Management Office, Contract Financial and Commercials responsibility, Statutory Oversight over India entity, Vendor Management and Relationship Management, People Management. A Commerce Graduate and a Chartered Accountant, has more than 30 years of experience in Technology Industry (Hewlett-Packard and IBM) in the areas of Corporate and Business Finance, Financial Controllership and Accounting, Audit, Payroll, Trustee on Board for Management of Retiral Funds. A music and sports buff and a passionate marathoner.
Gloria Cesari started her experience at Xerox in 1994. She has held various roles, from Marketing to Sales to Human Resources. Her job is HR Business Partner in Italy supporting the Go to Market organization. She has been a member of the Italian Able Alliance since 2022 and is currently the ‘Treasurer’ of Enable_All. She is extremely grateful to be part of the Xerox Employee Resources Group community. She is patient, a good listener, and enjoys working closely with others to serve communities with mental and/or physical disabilities with the goal of improving their quality of life. With Enable_All org she feels that her actions make a positive difference and that the emotions and energy she feels are worth much more than the time and effort she dedicates.
Co Treasurer – TBH
Rakesh Narang works as Director Operations with our DS Delivery Organization since 2018 and has teams in India and Romania. An Economics Graduate from Delhi University and an MBA from IMT, he has worked for over 22 years with different companies (Amex, Dell etc) having varied backdrop of work culture and business priorities. After having travelled/lived/worked in 4 continents, he realized that he needed a purpose beyond his family and job. So, after supporting the Differently Abled Alliance India ERG, he excitedly hopped on the Enable All ERG as its ‘Global Secretary’ on the Board and is more than excited to support this impactful ERG.
Edward is a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with an impressive track record at Xerox since 2019. His leadership roles across various industries have equipped him with a diverse skill set and a passion for driving operational excellence. When he’s not optimizing processes, you’ll find Edward hiking in the mountains alongside his loyal Labradoodle. As a true technology enthusiast, he stays up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations. Edward actively contributes to several Employee Resource Groups, including serving as the Communication & Marketing Lead for Enable_All global and Vice President for the Enable_All US chapter. Additionally, he is a valued member of the ERGs GALAXe and the Xerox Leadership Association (XLA) .
Harpreet Singh, Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified, Business excellence professional who is passionate about Improvement(s), currently working as Senior Manager – Service Improvement in Xerox India. An Engineer and MBA graduate by qualification carries 15 years of diverse experience into manufacturing and service industry worked at multiple locations in India, believes that he is privileged for whatever is able to achieve in his life and should extend support to less privileged through the platform of Enable_All, hence joined this ERG as Membership Director.
Dawn is the leader accountable for the service helpdesks across all channels in the Americas as well as 2nd level client support globally.
She has been evolving the client experience desks since being engaged by the Chief Delivery Officer and Delivery SVP in 2019 to take on the service helpdesk activity in North America for L1 and Globally for L2. Dawn has an extensive background successfully leading large, geographically diverse support organizations with proven results in employee development, business optimization & change agility, enhancing morale & performance while decreasing cost.
She has been able to achieve similar results as the President & Board Chair for the Sophia Recovery Centre, a local non-profit. She is passionate about mental health and joined this organization to be a part of the solution to provide a safe, supportive and welcoming space for women seeking improved substance use health.. She led the organization in the development of a strategic plan, implementing governance & multiple revenue streams to ensure the long-term viability of this essential non-profit service.
Dawn began her Xerox career in 1995 as a Network Specialist, moving through leadership roles of increasing responsibility and scope during her career. She joined Xerox directly out of college; prior to Xerox she achieved the position of Corporal in the Canadian Naval Reserves where she worked to fund her education. In her professional and personal life, she is a wellness advocate – mind, body and spirit – for all people regardless of circumstance. She has two grown children Sam 30 (father of 2) P. Eng & Brooke 24 BBA that she raised as a single parent as well as two grandchildren Grace 4 & Elliott 2; at home she has 3 dogs & 7 rescue cats. Dawn has an ABA, BSc. and is Green Belt certified.

Yetta Toliver, DBA, LSSBB | Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Xerox Corporation. Dr. Toliver is an experienced leader with a rich management background across several disciplines including Customer Operations, Business Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Sales Enablement, and Contract Compliance. As the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) at Xerox, she leads the DIB strategy and roadmap to inspire culture change and ensure the company’s workforce mirrors the markets it serves. In 2022, she was recognized as one of Mogul’s Top 100 DEI Leaders. She has also been named Top 15 Influential Woman in Diversity by Diversity Global Print Magazine in 2023. Dr. Toliver holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Southern University, a Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, and a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jacques-Edouard Gueden
President, EMEA Operations
Jacques-Edouard Gueden was named president of EMEA Operations for Xerox and appointed an executive vice president of Xerox Holdings Corporation effective Feb. 1, 2021. He most recently served as interim head of EMEA Operations beginning on Sept. 30, 2020.
In his role, Jacques-Edouard leads the company’s go-to-market teams in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Eurasian countries to bring Xerox’s full portfolio of products, services and software to clients and partners. He leverages sales activities and maximizes coverage through direct, indirect and eCommerce channels to drive revenue growth.
Jacques-Edouard has been with Xerox for more than 30 years. During his tenure, he has held positions of increasing responsibilities in sales and marketing. Prior to his current role, he served as president of France, Belgium & Luxembourg. Other management roles included serving as senior vice president of EMEA Business Operations & Marketing and senior vice president of International Operations Commercial Excellence and SMB.
Jacques-Edouard holds a master’s degree in management and finance from the University of Paris Dauphine PSL, France.
